SWAN Members,
Come and join us for a great time this summer! The SWAN Summer Picnic is a great way to meet new people and celebrate friendships, have fun and eat some great food and snacks.
The picnic will be at Whitnall Park (the same location we were in last year). Everyone will bring a food, snack, drink or paper/plastic product item to the party! Please be sure that you complete the sign-up questions at the end of this sign up.
TIME:
- The time of the event is from 5:30 - 8:30pm , and you must provide your own transportation to and from the event.
LOCATION:
- We will be in Picnic Area 8. There is a covered picnic shelter there. You can see a map HERE where site 8 is identified.
COST:
- FREE for current SWAN members. We ask that everyone sign up to bring something to help make this a great time for everyone.
If you plan to attend the event, you are free to leave whenever you would like. Once participants leave the park, they cannot re-enter.
Ticket sales end on July 3 at 4:30 pm sharp.
